			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Renato Babalu Sobral defeated Bobby Southworth by TKO to become Strikeforce light heavyweight champion in the co-main event of the promotions &#8216;Destruction&#8217; card on Friday night. Despite leaving with the belt around his waist, it wasn&#8217;t a highlight reel worthy finish.</p>
<p>A -350 wagering favorite despite his challenger status, Sobral was expected to use his world class Brazilian Jiu Jitsu skills and vast experience against superior competition to dominate the tough but limited Southworth. It didnt happen that way, as Southworth easily got the better of things in the first round. Southworth looks to use his strength and conditioning to control his opponent en route to a decision victory. While the result makes him something of a MMA equivalent to boxing&#8217;s John Ruiz, it does afford him the best chance of victory.</p>
<p>The first round displayed Southworth&#8217;s style in microcosm, with much of the frame spent pushing Babalu up against the cage or on the ground inside his guard not really doing much. Sobral had one effective strike the entire round&#8221;and it would decide the fight. During a clinch against the cage wall the challenger rocked Southworth with a hard elbow strike that not only busted his nose but opened a huge cut over his right eye.</p>
<p>Upon seeing the gusher of blood Referee John McCarthy brought the ringside physician over to take a look. As Southworth&#8217;s corner futilely worked on the gaping wound during the break the doctor once again took a look and better realizing the severity and placement of the cut recommended to McCarthy that the fight be stopped. The veteran official complied, awarding Sobral the TKO victory and the championship belt.</p>
<p>The other half of the co-main event was decided in much more decisive fashion as Scott Smith knocked out well traveled veteran Terry Martin in a mere :24 seconds. Unfortunately, Martin didn&#8217;t adequately close the distance against a fighter dubbed &#8216;Hands of Steel&#8217; and was caught with a perfectly placed punch that knocked him out cold.</p>
<p>In the semifinal event, Duane &#8216;Bang&#8217; Ludwig defeated Yves Edwards by unanimous decision in a very closely contested bout. Edwards was originally slated to face lightweight champion Josh Thomson until a toe injury necessitated his withdrawal. Ludwig took the fight on two weeks notice, and after a takedown clinic by Edwards in the first began to control the fight with his superior standup skills. Edwards&#8217; superiority on the ground in the first two frames wasnt enough to sway the judges who obviously favored Ludwig&#8217;s more effective striking.</p>
<p>Earlier in the evening, Kim Couture made short work of overmatched Lina Kvokov as she TKOd her foe in 1:44 of the first round. Couture, the wife of UFC legend Randy Couture, gained even more notoriety for the courage she displayed in her professional debut last June. She had a much easier time here&#8221;despite the fact that both fighters entered with 0-1 records Couture was significantly more polished as she put Kvokov on the defensive from the outset with her sharp punching combinations. She recovered momentarily and survived the initial onslaught. The reprieve was only temporary, however, as Couture launched another barrage of punches prompting the referee to step in and wave off the non-competitive affair.</p>

<p>Wetsuits are not made to keep all of the water out. As water builds inside the suit, it warms up and increases skin temperature. It also improves buoyancy and provides protection from things like stinging nettles.</p>
<p>There are numerous different sports that require wetsuits when the water (or the air) becomes too chilly for swimming but you still have enough warmth to keep you in the game. Surfing, windsurfing, kiteboarding, jet skiing, water skiing and wake boarding, and of course, swimming are just a few of the main sports that will find you picking through your options early and late in the season.</p>
<p>Some northern climates will require a shorty even in the middle of summer. Some southern regions will require only a short or a &#8220;John&#8221; or &#8220;Jane&#8221; in the middle of winter. Each suit comes with its own weight to help you determine which suit will keep you the most comfortable the longest.</p>
<p>A full suit offers full coverage of the body, legs, and arms. You can add a hood, boots, and gloves to the ensemble in order to provide 100% protection of all exposed surfaces. While there are claims that different weights will keep you warm down to certain water and air temperatures, remember that we all have a different tolerance for the cold. What one might find reasonable another might find intolerable.</p>
<p>A shorty is a suit that offers core protection. It has shorts, usually to just above the knee, and short or three quarter sleeves. Using three quarter sleeves gives you the option to pull the sleeves down over the elbow or push them up a bit for more arm movement. This Panasonic massage chair is not widely available but it does have some unique and innovative features.</p>
<p>One of the main differences of this massage chair from the rest of the series are the armrests. The armrests have faux wood inlays on their tops. The tops of the armrests open to allow you to get an arm and hand massage.</p>
<p>Panasonic has moved most of its massage chair manufacturing to China like the rest of the world. The EP-30007 is still being manufactured in Japan. This is perhaps one of the last models to be offered from Japanese manufacturing.</p>
<p>The EP 30007 as part of the Real Pro Ultra series. This series has some innovative features including the 3-D body scan, quad style rollers and the Junetsu massage technique. These are advanced features which are offered in each of the chairs and this series.</p>
<p>The 3-D body scan creates a virtual map of your neck back and shoulders. It can measure the curvature of your spine. It also detects the acupoints in order to direct the shiatsu massages. This information is then fed into the chairs computer and the massage is customized for you.</p>
<p>Part of the Real Pro Ultra series technology platform is the floating massage heads. These floating massage heads are part of the quad style rollers technology. This helps to customize the massage based on the curvature of your audio from the 3-D body scan.</p>
<p>By taking a three-dimensional body scan of the curvature of your back on the massage chair knows where to massage and to massage. The quad style rollers allow for more freedom of movement with this design. This allows the rollers to adjust based on the 3-D body scan.</p>
<p>The Junetsu massage technique is another one offered in the Real Pro Ultra series. This special technique is known as ultra fine kneading. The ultra fine kneading works in a small circular pattern. It is similar to feeling the twisting of a thumb. This is great for relieving knots.</p>
<p>The EP-30007 massage chair comes with a full body air massage system. There is an arm massage which helps to increase circulation and to remove tension. A shoulder massage gently stimulates your lymphatic in this area of your body. This helps to close the body.</p>

<p>The drop set technique is relatively easy to perform and merely involves lowering the amount of weight you lift with each set. A example of this would be a bench press of 100 lbs for 10 sets that is followed by 90 lbs for 10 sets.</p>
<p>There are some extremists that actually go to the point of dropping 10 pounds at a time until they are left with just the bar. These are of course extreme cases and are only practiced by advanced body builders. This is a very successful muscle building technique.</p>
<p>Out next highly effective technique system involves supersets. These are basically two or more workouts that are performed one after the other. They will target different muscle groups with no rest period between the sets. The goal of such an exercise is to outright shock the muscles into growth. Considering how effective it is, the shock tactic works!</p>
<p>An example would be performing bicep curls followed by some tricep extensions or bench press followed by some single arm dumbbell row for your back. You could construct your own superset as long as the muscles you are working on are complement of each other.</p>
<p>The final technique called negatives are the most effective of the three. A negative is what most people don&#8217;t think when they are weight lifting.</p>
<p>When you lift weights and you push the weights away from you, your muscles contract and do a positive. As soon as you release the weight, you are now doing a negative. You, in fact, work the tendons more in a negative movement than you do a positive.</p>
<p>This incredible ability for this system to deliver excellent results is that it aids in developing muscle mass to a significant degree. Yes, it is challenging but it delivers outstanding results.</p>
<p>To sum it all up, weight lifting is not all about who can carry the most, there are also techniques involved like all other sport. The three I&#8217;ve mentioned above are what I believe to be the best muscle building techniques for more experienced weight lifters. I wouldn&#8217;t suggest this for starters as they could be shocked by the amount of effort they require.</p>

They show live shows in over 50 countries ranging from the U.S to Australia. The sport is taking off in such a way no one would have expected. It&#8217;s amazing to look back just a few years ago to when the UFC was barely known.</p>
<p>So how did this transformation take place? It seems quite impossible! It mostly took off due to Dana White and the majority owners Fertitta brothers backing. Dana White has turned out to be the Messiah of MMA he has almost single handedly made MMA as popular as it is today. Did you know that Dana was born in Manchester, Connecticut? White grew up in Las Vegas, Boston and Levant, Maine. White is a fierce Boston Red Sox fan. During his youth, he bounced back and forth between Las Vegas and Maine. He attended college in Boston for two years but did not finish; however, while there he did launch a boxing program for inner-city children.</p>
<p>White has a background as an aerobics instructor. In&#8217;92, White established Dana White Enterprises in Las Vegas. He conducted aerobics classes at three gyms in the Las Vegas area and began managing MMA fighters Tito Ortiz and Chuck Liddell.</p>
<p>While working as a manager, White learned that Semaphore Entertainment Group, the parent company of the UFC, was looking for a buyer for the UFC. White contacted childhood friend Lorenzo Fertitta, an executive at Station Casinos, and a former commissioner of the Nevada State Athletic Commission. Within a month, Lorenzo and his older brother Frank bought the UFC, with White installed as its president. White currently owns 10% of Zuffa, LLC, the entity the Fertitta brothers created to own and manage the UFC.</p>
<p>One of the best things Dana has done for the UFC is produce the show &#8220;TUF&#8221; (The Ultimate Fighter) on Spike TV. This show has taken off in a big way! It&#8217;s also helped a lot of people understand the sport more. From what fighters go through training wise to see that they&#8217;re actually very normal well educated people, not just barbarians as a lot of people thought.</p>
<p>The UFC continues to grow at an alarming rate and with no end in sight, I see this sport being in the top 3 favorites of the American people within 5 years.</p>

You can hire a pro (but this will reduce the size of your wallet), you can take a class, or subscribe to a golfing magazine.</p>
<p>Examining how pros set up their shots can help you develop your skills. Cable and satellite tv offer multiple golf channels where you can see all the pros play whenever you want. This can help you cultivate a broader knowledge of the game.</p>
<p>Remember take your time and have fun. You like to golf, but you need to improve your game. If you work on the upper body strength, you should be able to drive the ball further and closer to the hole.</p>
